I regret to inform classmates that my sister, Judy Guptill, who would have
graduated in the Class of '69, passed away from lung cancer, in Fort Pierce,
Florida, October 2, 2005. She had fought other severe illnesses for the
previous 10 years, but the "smokes" got her in the end.
Judi lived a colorful life! She was a professional model and actress in New
York and Florida. She taught school for a while and ran several businesses.
Judi had her Captain's Papers and loved fishing. She was past president of
the Amvets Women's Auxiliary, and was active in the American Legion and
Eagles.
Despite illnesses (SSI) and being blown away by 2 hurricanes, she kept her
two step-grandchildren from going into "the system". Judi loved all her
children and grandchildren and fought all battles with great valor. I wish
that I could have been closer to her over the years, but Oregon is a wet
stretch from Florida.
Many thanks to our childhood friends from the "hood", Susan Cassidy Smith'68
and Susan Stickens Kluge'66 who shared themselves with our family during
this past year. May God Bless.

the Class of 1970 know that my big sister, Lynda, passed away on Thursday, July
23rd, 2009. Lynda was only briefly a part of Beverly High, as she was a
transfer from Bishop Fenwick for senior year. If you knew my sister, you'd
never forget her! She was an absolutely beautiful young woman and quite the
little mischief maker :) Throughout her life, Lynda helped everyone, including
people others had written off as a lost cause! Lynda was always the optimist
and saw promise in people, even when they couldn't believe in themselves! An
Angel got her wings last week and our world has lost the most giving soul I have
ever met! Love and Peace to the best sister ever:) Janice Martin ~ BHS Class

Parshley's boat at about 11:30 a.m. when it capsized. Another boater

At
the time the boat capsized, winds were measured at up to 25 knots and
seas were 5 feet to 8 feet, the Coast Guard said. Neither man was

BHS and would have graduated sometime around this year. He was born in 1911 and
died some time ago. His last name may have been Kenny/Kenney as Tremblay was an
adopted name from his mother's second marriage. He had a brother Harry and
sister Lil, both of whom moved at some point to Harrisburg Pa. I have very
little early information about my father and would welcome any help. Thanks.

As with our class mate we all will pass but will not be forgotten,
When the blazing sun hangs low in the western sky,
when the wind dies away on the moutian, when the song of the meadow lark turns
still, when the field locust clicks no more in the field, and the sea foam sleeps
like a maiden at rest, and the twillight touches the shape of the wondering
earth, We all turn home through blue shadows and purple woods.
