7/06 Got divorced in 2001, but am happily engaged to be married sometime next year (2007).  I will be moving from my house in Groveland to a new place in the Westford/Chelmsford area.  Still work in Beverly at Crane Aerospace on Tozer Road. I represent musicians/bands that come into Boston to perform. I am the merchandiser for Live Nation at the Bank of America Pavilion and the Opera House in Boston. I also am an instructor at North Shore Community College.  

We live in Rockport and love it there.  We are not quite empty nesters yet as we have two dogs, a cat and 8 ferrets.  All of them were left on our door step so to speak.  It was great reading about all of you and I look forward to visiting this site and seeing what you are all up to!

11/04 - Little update, I now have a grandson born to my son Daniel and his fiance Tanya. His name Damien Nicholas Bogrett, he was born on March 30, 2004 and is the love of my life.

4/08 -  Time to update this thing, I blinked and now have 4 grandchildren. Lynne, Damien, Rachel and Matthew. Don't know when that happened. Still in Chicopee and enjoying the peace and quiet. Want to catch up email me, I'm usually around... :)

Hi Y'all, I now live in Memphis Tn. I'm have two daughters one of which graduated from Beverly high two years ago and the other is a Junior in high school. I work for a company that does $50 million in sales called Oasis Imaging products and I'm in charge of their QA and R&D groups. The company deals with imaging supplies. The laser printer you've used has a good chance of having products we sell in it if it is a recycled cartridge. My job visiting customers and vendors such as Fuji and Mitsubshi has allowed me to travel extensivly in the US to Europe, several asian countries,Australia, and New Zealand. Who ever would have thought it all those years ago . Certainly not me.

Hi all. Moved to Salem 20 years ago. Met and married a super guy, Steve Lovely. We have three great kids, Jenna 13, Stephen 11 and Taylor 10. Professionally, I am the Manager of the Salem office of Carlson GMAC Real Estate. Great job, Great company. Politically, I am in my second term as a Salem City Councillor and I am seeking re-election this Fall. Personally, I enjoy family life. All three kids are in sports so that keeps us going in many directions. We travel as a family as often as possible (Spain last year, Long Lake, Maine every summer, Disney, Jamaica, etc.)  Hope to see you all at the Reunion.

1/08 - Hi all - It's been a while since I have checked in.  Salem has been my home now for 26+ years.  Steve and I will celebrate our 24th anniversary this year.  Jenna (20) is a junior at Northeastern, Stephen (18) will graduate from the Prep this year and will head out to Arizona (Embry Riddle or ASU) and Taylor (16) is a junior at Fenwick.  I am in the middle of law school (what alot of work!) and just started my sixth term on the Salem City Council.  We still enjoy traveling (every summer on Long Lake in Maine - Costa Rica - Mexico).  On a sad note, my Dad passed away last year :( but Mom is still in Beverly in Raymond Farms and doing well.  My brothers and sisters are close by and we see each other often (as often as we can!).  Hope everyone is well and would love to hear from you.

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing well, happy and healthy.  Doug and I just celebrated 20 years in June! We have 3 children. Katie 16, Ami and Jon 10. We live in the New Hampshire Seacoast area and love it. Hope to see some of you at the 25th! We just moved to our new location back in August. Doug continues to work as an Engineering Manager and I started a year ago working for the airlines. After many years as a Physical Therapist Assistant I decided to have some fun traveling, however, with the kids schedules there isn't much time to travel. Oh well! Hey all...who thought that after 25 years (almost) I would be back in school. I am currently living outside of Denver, Colorado. I work full-time at IBM doing Tech Support and am currently in school full-time for computer/router/LAN Administration. It is a hectic but wonderful life. 3/23/01 - I am now working as a Technical Support Specialist with The Children's Hospital in Denver. I have pretty much finished with school and have found a niche in life with this organization. Due to the newness of my employ I probably will not be able to make it back for the 25th but still might find a way. I would love to hear from others in the class.

12/03 - This year finds me back in school, looking to get my bachelor's in Computer Info Systems with a concentration in Project Management.  It's amazing what can happen in a year.  I am still working full time at Childrens Hospital Denver and hope to stay on there and just move upward.  I am also REALLY looking forward to the 30th in 2006.

5/06--well, I actually did finally get a degree last year and moved on to being a systems analyst with the Colorado Department of Transportation.  Life is still good here and I love the weather!  Spend most of my time working, riding my motorcycle, playing with my animals, goofing off on the computer and taking care of my yard.

I'm presently living in Maine with my husband Stephen and my two rugrats, Ian-7 and Carly-5.  OK, so I started a family a little late in life.  Had to wait for a good catch.  They're a blast most of the time. Lived in Vermont for 12yrs. Went through a little culture shock, found a job in a billing office for anesthesiologist of Burlington,VT. Realized this was the pits and started bartending and made some good $$ and had fun doing it. Just changed jobs; however, I still reside in the Amherst area (Belchertown) and I still work for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.  I am now the Project Leader for the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge. It is a 27,000 acre refuge that is located in fours states along the Connecticut River.  I now travel less for work which is great.  I still coach hockey and play hockey twice a week myself.  I generally "burn" about 25 scuba tanks during the dive season each year catching "bugs" (lobster) which starts in May.  In the last year or so I have begun to revive some old interests such as canoeing, mountain climbing, remote camping, and spelunking and doing so with my daughter and son.  There is no time like the present.

Having been there and done that, I'm now living in the country in central NH, where the noiseiest thing around is the wind. I just started teaching Math at the local high school this year. I love the work, the hours are great, and the vacations are excellant. I'm married (5 years) (Trish, from Gloucester) with three daughters Hannah 13, Bethany 10, Juliet 3, a stepson Lucas 9 and a son Kevin II 4 (her idea for the name). We are starting a design service, we design printed circuit boards and provide assembly services. (Can't live on a teachers salary after what we are used to). Other than that, life is great in NH.

Still in NH, the kids are growing but not gone.

5/31/04 I haven't been back to this site for awhile ...looking at the entries, not alot of others have either since the 25th reunion in 2001. I'm still living in Danvers, a quiet corner over by SJP. Daughter (Brittany) is now 13, going on 20 so she thinks !... Son (Brendan) will be 7 this summer. My parents still live in the same house I grew up in in Beverly.. Other than seeing Deb (Wallace) once or Cheryl (Freeman) around town in Danvers, I don't ever run into anyone... which is too bad cause I would like to hear what folks are up to these days. Missed the reunion in '01 because of family health issues, but hope to make the 30th in 2006 ...can't believe it's been almost 30 years !

2/2010: Retired after 28 years. Still living in Danvers. Daughter is almost 19, and son is 12. Single Mom for the last 5 years, but got a great boyfriend! Still haven't made it to any '76 reunions, but would enjoy hearing from anyone and hearing what's up ! Look for me on Facebook.

I did get my teaching certificate and am working as a teaching assistant at the James L. McKeown Elementary School in Beverly. I work with special needs students. 11/04 - I am no longer working as a carpenter - I now have my own gardening business.  My oldest son Kevin, is 13 and taller than me now (very freaky)!  My youngest Tyler, is 10 and becoming quite a soccer star.  We are all living on a lake in southern RI - and enjoying all the watersports! I am still a single parent and I am not sure I want to change that any time soon.  I am enjoying the freedom!!

8/08 - Hi again!  Not much has changed except we moved back to Massachusetts (southeastern part of the state) and my sons have gotten older. (Not me - just them!!) My older son will be a high school senior this year and he is 6'7" tall!! He just got his driver's license and he bought his first car! My younger son will be entering high school this year and is looking forward to playing on the high school soccer, basketball, and baseball teams.  I am retired now, due to some health problems, but I keep busy with my boys - plus gardening, home improvement projects, and my crafts.  I have decided to stick my toe in the dating "pool" - but I'm not really looking foward to the whole process!  Dating at 50 just isn't natural!!!!

8/06 - Still single with one son off to college this year, the other is a freshman in high school.  If any of you heard about the flooding in Upstate New York this past June, that included me!!  I'm thinking about coming to the 30th....gotta have something to make the 300 mile trip worth it..

Paula F. Scanlan, 46, a lifelong resident of Beverly, daughter of Muriel P. (Sullivan) Scanlan of Beverly and the late David J. Scanlan, died May 17, 2005, at Beverly Hospital. Born in Beverly, she was a graduate of Beverly High School, Class of 1976 and attended Northeastern University. She had been employed for several years at the Customs House in Boston. In addition to her mother, Ms. Scanlan is survived by a brother, David J. Scanlan of Beverly; two nieces, Erin and Tara Scanlan; and a great-niece, Brianna Wagner. Funeral services were held May 20 from the Lee, Moody & Russell Funeral Home of Beverly. Burial was in Central Cemetery, Beverly.

Hi everyone.  After living in Beverly, MA for almost 40 years, my husband, Michael Jenness, and I packed up the kids and the cat and moved to sunny Florida!  We've been here since November of 1997.  We like to come home every year in August during Beverly Homecoming week.  Look for us at Lynch Pahk this summah!  (See, we still haven't lost ah accents!!  LOL)

06/06 It's been a while since I've updated, so here goes ... Mike (Jenness - class of 74) and I will celebrated 28 years of marriage tomorrow.  As mentioned previously, we moved to FL in 1997.  We purchased a home on August 5, 2004 and Hurricane Frances blew the roof off of it on September 4, 2004.  Don't worry, we were insured!  We now have new roof, ceilings, walls & floors in our home which was built in 1969.  We got to do it all at once instead of over several years.  Thanks to our insurance and Bob Ruest (class of 77) who came down to do all the repairs.  What a guy!  Mike is the manager of Acorn Mini Storage in Sebastian, Fl (he sells space) and I am the manager of Walker Insurance of Vero Beach (Allstate). Zak will be 23 in Aug and is working as a mover.  Aaron is 19 and will be a Sophomore at Flagler College in St Augustine, FL.  We've been blessed!  Hugs to all!

I work for the WWF.  My stage name is Lita.  Nahhh-just wishful thinking.   I married a Navy pilot which afforded me the wonderful opportunity to travel and live in various States and abroad.  I have a 17 year old daughter and my son is 13.   Both absolutely gorgeous kids (my looks) with straight A averages (fathers' brains). I divorced after 17 years of marriage a few years ago. (Yup-it happens to the best of us.) After working in Law Enforcement for a number of years in the State of Washington I recently relocated to the coast of Florida.  I was told that men outnumber women 3 to 1 here. Unfortunatly the realtor neglected to inform me that most of them wear Depends.  LOL  Anyway, I am now enjoying having a "real" tan instead of one out of a bottle, improving my golf swing, and loving all the water sports.   Still working in Law Enforcement and enjoying every minute of it.  There's just something about a man in uniform.....or in a Porsche......or on a Harley.  :-)   Stay happy.<!

8/07 - I've been a police officer in Florida for 5 years now.  Was married for 17 years and have two children. Daughter-23 and a son-19 years old.

Hello everybody! Glad to see everyone is enjoying life. I am living in Bath ME with no plans to move again. Have been married for 22 years to Karin ("Steeves" BHS '78). With two daughters Bethel 20 who is expecting my first grandchild and Janel 12. I retired from the Navy in '97 as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, most of my time was spent in the pacific (Guam, Japan, ect.). I am now a fulltime fire fighter/EMT-I for the city of Bath plus trying to enjoy retirement. I still make it back to Beverly every now and then, hope to see you!

8/24/03  Hi everyone, Still in Bath, with the Fire Dept., and right now 10 months into a paramedic course.  Second grand-daughter born yesterday to my oldest daughter Bethel(22), Ashland Janel Wyman is doing well as is Mom.  Youngest daughter Janel(15) is a sophmore this year and just started to drive, not my truck!   See you next reunion, loved the 20th!
