After spending 21 years on St. Croix in the Caribbean, my wife and retired to the Lone
Star State in 1995. Attended the 50th reunion and looking forward to the 60th in the year
2,000. Thanks to the efforts of George Coleman and his committee, members of the Class of
1940 have been kept informed of classmates happenings and class reunions via a quarterly
newsletter.
8/31/00 - My wife and I attended the 60th BHS reunion. For awhile I thought that I would be the only attending. Slowly, very slowly but surely, class members began arriving. After 60 years,it was amazing to see how well everyone looked.George Coleman did a great job. He worked very hard to insure all went well. He and his wife graciously invited everyone back to their home for a good old time where everyone talked about the past and the present.Looking forward to the 65, if I am still around. This website is wonderful. Keep up the good work and don't forget us old guys.......Joe
